Standard production times are listed for each product on its detail page. Rush and expedited options may be available for an additional fee. Production time begins after we receive your order and is not inclusive of shipping time.

Standard Production: 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Rush Production: 1-2 business days (available on select products)
Express Production: Same-day or next-day (available in select areas)

Resolution Requirements

Print-Ready Files: Minimum 300 DPI (dots per inch)
Screen Display: 72-96 DPI is acceptable for web-only use

Color Mode

CMYK: Preferred for accurate color reproduction
RGB: Will be converted to CMYK; slight color variations may occur

Color Standards and Variation

While we strive for precise color matching, minor color variations between your screen display and the printed product may occur due to differences in screen calibration, color profiles, and printing processes. This is normal in the printing industry.

Color Matching: We use industry-standard color management practices. Pantone color matching is available on select products for an additional fee.

Proofing

We offer digital proofs for free on most products. Proofs are typically delivered within 24 hours of order placement. Please review your proof carefully and approve before production begins. Any changes after proof approval may incur additional charges.

Printing Process and Quality

All orders are printed on premium quality materials using state-of-the-art equipment. Our quality control process includes multiple inspection checkpoints to ensure each order meets our high standards.

Quantities and Minimums

Minimum order quantities vary by product. The minimum quantity for each product is clearly displayed on its detail page. Custom quantities may be available upon request.

Refunds and Reprints

If your printed product arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, we will either reprint your order or issue a refund, at our discretion. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you have any quality concerns.

Reprints or refunds are not provided for orders that were produced correctly according to the approved proof, even if the customer is unsatisfied with the final result.

Production Notes

Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET on Fridays, or during weekends and holidays, will begin production the following business day. Expedited production options are not available during peak seasons.
